My system is regularly updated and I still have the problem with Feisty and Nautilus Eject. (Nautilus "right click" have still eject command, no umount) but now eject /media/... works from terminal. This is true for an external hard disk and an external memory card reader (via usb). Everything is fine with usb pens.
