Hi Andrej and thanks for your work. I tried last code from vfs301 and libfprint with fprint-demo and it works well.

VFS300 Fingerprint Reader $ uname -a Linux oz 3.0.0-14-generic #23-Ubuntu SMP Mon Nov 21 20:28:43 UTC 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux $ lsb_release -sd Ubuntu 11.10 I attach a shell script to patch and compile libfprint with vfs301 and test it with fprint-demo and it works for me.
