Install libc6-i386 on amd64 ubuntu. Then needed file is in
/lib32/ld-linux.so.2
There is missing symbolic link. We add it with
cd /lib
sudo ln -s /lib32/ld-linux.so.2 ld-linux.so.2
and wine is working again.
