I'd like to correct an earlier post I made, unfortunately suspend/resume does *not* work flawlessly in Mint 11. It seems to fail less frequently than in 11.10 or 11.04, but it still fails often enough to be a major irritant. Failure rates on Mint 12 seem to be identical to 11.10.
