Public bug reported: Volume controls not accessible, when only the keyboard is used; e. g. no keyboard shortcut, tab index, menu item. When 'flat review' in package gnome-orca is used to navigate this display, volume controls are sometimes reachable; more often, attempting navigation in this way causes the entire Gnome desktop to become inaccessible. Killing Banshee from another non-x console often restores the rest of the desktop's full functionality, though, on occasion, the whole session must be restarted.
