@vanvugt I can confirm that the problem is still in unity 4.24.0-0ubuntu2.1.
I have the second monitor on my left and the problem is random. When I click a window in the first screen, the menus in the second screen work again. I submitted a bug report and I was told it was a duplicate of this bug.
