I have the new patch from upstream vcs. It's not a small change, please review
and test it.

  * debian/patches/debian/gtk-fork.patch:
    - patch from upstream v7-3-315. (LP: #856779)
      Problem: Opening a window before forking causes problems for GTK.
      Solution: Fork first, create the window in the child and report back to
the
                  parent process whether it worked. If successful the parent
exits,
                  if unsuccessful the child exits and the parent continues in
the
                  terminal. (Tim Starling)

I could not branch oneiric version[1] for propose a merging review. But you can
my debdiff which fix the problem. Test build will be available in my ppa[2].
