Public bug reported:

The first time I click on network configuration indicator in the panel,
the menu is not shown entirely. (a screenshot is attached)

This happens only the first time after login. If I open the menu again,
the menu is shown correctly.

Looks like the positioning of the menu does not take into account the
actual width of the menu.
