Public bug reported:

I would like to use backportpackage with "testing" and "unstable".

% backportpackage -s testing -d lucid -u ppa:blueyed tpb
backportpackage: Error: Release 'testing' is unknown in 'Debian'.

The error comes from ubuntutools/lp/lpapicache.py - it looks like
the Launchpad API does not know about these names.
