Hi, I tried everything and it still has not worked. I downloaded an earlier version. It installed ok own through the wubi function, but after I upgraded it to the current package, and reboot my PC, the screen went blank/dark. Partition my hard drive, booted from the live disk, and went through the "workaround option, the program installed, but after reboot, the screen went black, and the same issue. [drm:intel_dsm_platform_mux_info] *ERROR* MUX INFO call failed]...Tried the safe mood, the same issue. I'll sit for a few months and see if any solutions will arrive. I went to the power management and disabled all functions to end any possible time out, disables the Video card, nothing works. I am running a Dell:64 Bit Intel Core I-5 2410M- CPU
