I hope that the forthcoming fix will solve also the problem of the moving windows, as this bug is not only related to appearance (the flashing of the screen on rotate cube), but also, and most importantly, to the fact that windows cannot be moved from one face of the cube to another using the keyboard shortcut for "move with window".
