No attempt of partitial upgrade here, just occured for the first time, opened 
update-manger and reloading cache leads me here.
Although apport states a different error than topic (screenshot).
The error 'no package named libpolkit-gtk-1-0' seems obsolet. 
Changelog of policykit-1-gnome from Sat, 22 Oct 2011 says:
Drop libpolkit-gtk packages, removed upstream.

There was an update of policykit available when apport invoked the
crash, so perhaps the issue is gone after the update.
