Hi Joseph,

I tried installing fedora, and had the same problem. However they helped me
find out that the problem came from my SSD drive. I ran a SMART analysis on the
disk , and it found read issues and 2 broken sectors.
I sent the disk to the manufacturer as it was only 6 months old, but they said
it was fine. So I'm not sure what really happened...
However I believe my problem came from a hardware issue.

Thanks for checking.
Gilles
