It isn't available. The last time on a request to test latest kernel it took me two days to get it. I've filed a bug few weeks ago because there was no fixed libreoffice and new kernel fetched (although lp said uploaded since 43 hours), but marked it as invalid when the kernel finally arrived (can't find the report at the mom).
