At first i accidentally installed zorin os 5 to my 500gb external harddrive which was fine until it started having problems with loading and that, so i decided to try and instal the os to my laptop internal harddrive but just before it started to copy the files it crashed. So i tried rebooting and trying it again but every time it has crashed in exactly the same place. Can you help please??
