Public bug reported:

I'm not sure if hibernate is the key here, but I always use it. The
problem don't happen just after coming from hibernate...

Sometimes, some sites (this always includes google.com and
google.com.br) stop working. I even tried to access them with telnet and
manually constructing a HTTP request, but they don't work. Ping still
works, and the problem seems not related to DNS.

Hibernate Ubuntu again don't fix it, nor restarting the router.

I took a look in /var/log, but there is no relevant info.

When this happen, I need to restart Ubuntu, but here is the problem, as
I should then close all my work, a thing I don't want to do, since I
like the hibernate functionality.

This problem is present since some (3?) versions of Ubuntu. I'm using
11.10.
