Note: this exists upstream in the debian package too. A temporary workaround is to get the newest dictionaries from https://alioth.debian.org/frs/download.php/2357/no_NO-pack2-2.0.10.zip and copy over the bad files like this: http://paste.pocoo.org/raw/538200/
