In the meantime, this simple workaround proves to be very effective:

- start Writer or Calc from launcher. The first, empty document will open 
correctly, as already stated before;
- minimize it;
- now you can open any libreoffice document by clicking directly on it, every 
window and the launcher icons will behave correctly, as long as the first 
document stays minimized (or open, of course).

Note that if you open and minimize a new Writer document, the next Writer 
document you open will replace the first, so you'll have to remember keep it 
open all the time. So, if you work a lot with Writer and Calc for example, it 
may be useful to start with a new Draw document and keep it always minimized.
