Agreed. I'm a technology Instructor at a Middle School, and liked what I saw on the CD boot up. After installing Edubuntu to a computer, all the Education software disappeared. VERY time consuming to try to find a fix for this by installing software via internet (our school bandwidth is pathetic at best), or CD with some "work around" that non-tech people would not even attempt.
Several questions: 1) can the Edubundu be patched to load the software from the cd EASILY? 2) can a new Edubuntu ISO be released that does NOT delete the eduction folder from the installation? This is obviously a mistake that needs to be addressed.
