Public bug reported:

When you corner click to resize both dimensions of the window, sometimes
it fails and highlights the window border instead.  You also get a
context menu that the screenshot cannot capture.

It is intermittent but very frequent, even in one boot session.

Calc is more affected than Writer in terms of frequency of this bug.
