Workaround here was to install via launcher icon on live session. The desktop icon started the installation and looped while removing system files, cancel the install and try it again via launcher icon. No idea if that made a difference though. Anyway, smooth and fast installation, took over user config without issues. Congratulations and thanks for your efforts!
