Hey guys, I believe I found the solution. Its a simple one too I might
add.

I had the same issue until I changed the chmod properties of the file. I
just ran chmod755 (you can change it accordingly for you. I think moc
just wants to make sure that no one else but you can change the config
file. Also leaving it with writable for you makes it easier when you
just need to make quick changes to the file.
