Public bug reported:

Description: Xubuntu 11.10
Release: 11.10

totem:
  Installed: 3.0.1-0ubuntu7.1
  Candidate: 3.0.1-0ubuntu7.1
  Version table:
 *** 3.0.1-0ubuntu7.1 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ oneiric-updates/main i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     3.0.1-0ubuntu5 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ oneiric/main i386 Packages

"$ totem --fullscreen [any multimedia file, %F, %U, no parameter,
whatever]" appears briefly and exits w/segmentation fault regardless of
media file

"$ totem [any multimedia file, %F, %U, no parameter, whatever]" works
fine

Parole works fine with --fullscreen option, as does mplayer with -fs
option (I don't use either for other reasons)

Worked without problems in Natty
