I agree that NL locale with EN language is not always what I want. But I can imagine that the choices about what to take from the EN locale and what from the Dutch are a bit arbitrary and based on personal preference. Nevertheless I would be interested in your updated version for personal use. I hope you can post it here for me (and maybe others) to use it.
