Jesusfreak, by using the proprietary, closed-source fglrx driver, fixes for bugs in this driver are limited to that provided by AMD. Despite this, please answer the following questions: 1) Could you please execute the following at the Terminal and post the results to this bug: sudo lshw -C video 2) Does this issue occur with the newer version of the fglrx driver? One may test this via a Precise Live CD environment from: http://xubuntu.org/news/precisealpha2/ . 3) Does this issue occur with the open source ATI/Radeon driver? So you don't have to reconfigure your drivers, you may want to test this in an Oneiric Live CD environment from: http://xubuntu.org/getxubuntu/ .
