Understood, as it stands right now either 1 or the other package can be
installed.  This might not be the idea solution right now, but I am
reluctant to rework the package control file for this release right now.

I do agree that dropping the conflict and adding a depends on the nsca-
client package might be the best approach to take for the next version
included into Debian Sid.  I'll bring it up with the upstream maintainer
and see what he thinks.
