GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7450
  Driver: radeon

Summary
When connecting to the second monitor, the desktop canvas of main monitor is 
shifted. please refer to the pictures.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Connect to the second monitor
2. Uncheck "Mirror" mode in "Displays" 

Expected Result
The desktops should be in extended mode.

Actual Result
Desktops canvas overlapped with multi-monitors

Note
This is also happened when trying to use one monitor. 
So in all, it happens in internal-only, extended desktop, external-only mode
