Public bug reported:
The generated Doxygen documentation that is shipped in libutouch-geis-
doc documents some internal utilities (geis_bag and geis_logging from
libs/geis-util) instead of the public API (include/geis/*).
It is also missing the documents that should have been generated from
doc/geisspec-1.0.asc and doc/using_geis_v2.dox.
