I'm aware of this feature, but the current implementation isn't very good: * the configure script will try to run "netcat localhost 7634", which will fail on buildds, and so will disable netcat support on ubuntu/debian packages ; * host & port are hardcoded, so you can't use the plugin if you have hddtemp listening to another port.
