Public bug reported:

Up until the most recent precise update, alt-f10 maximized windows. Now
it opens the menu at the top of the screen.

I understand the reasons given in the cited bug reports, but there was a
promise for alt-f5 to be the new maximize key, and it is not. Please fix
this ASAP, as 'alt-space then x' is pretty lame, but quickly becoming my
new muscle memory.
