Public bug reported:

Suppose we cut or copy 1000 files from a folder and paste them on a
second folder containing among its files 500 files whose names coincide
with those which are being pasted on the folder. Although the program
currently detects the conflicting names and provide, for each
conflicting file, the option to rename the new file to keep both in the
target folder, the user will need to rename all 500 files by hand during
the process, and this is very unpractical.

The option to apply the (rename) action to all files shouldn't be
disabled.

** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
