I made a fresh *install* yesterday, but nothing has been changed.
1. Maximize the update-manager window
2. Close it
3. Re-open it

Result as image attached, it's not really maximized (may be a problem related 
with global-menu).
In fact, the window is correctly maximized but it doesn't support global menu.

Please note that if I maximize it again, it works perfectly with global
menu.
