Public bug reported:
libpoppler-qt-dev 0.5.4-4ubuntu1 in current Gutsy is missing a header file:
poppler-link-qt3.h
poppler-qt.h includes poppler-link-qt3.h but the package doesn't install
poppler-link-qt3.h.
So all packages which use poppler-qt.h fail to compile.
