The parts of gnome-control-center that are altered by us have a
different background color than the default gnome applets..

I have attached a screenshot. the highlighted area in the screenshot
have a different background color than the rest of the capplet. The same
applies to each and every capplet that have been altered by Ubuntu. This
needs to be fixed.
