After upgrade to 1.14.0-2.1ubuntu0.1 0 from proposed, the following errors show 
up:
Setting up insserv (1.14.0-2.1ubuntu0.1) ...
mv: `/etc/rc0.d/S90halt' and `/etc/rc0.d/S90halt' are the same file
dpkg: error processing insserv (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:

Reverting to the version from oneiric/main solves the problem.
