Public bug reported:

On a Z68 Intel chipset motherboard, ASRock Model 68M-ITX/HT, with
i5-2405S CPU, latest UEFI BIOS, computer goes into Suspend but does not
Resume. Have tried many different BIOS settings without success. Booting
is not an issue. Using Ubuntu 12.04 Beta 1. Using Linux-3.2.0-17, 4GB of
SDRAM.

Kernel log seems to show that the problem is an ACPI issue. But I know
of no workarounds. Please help. Thank you!
