#2 Sorry for the delay. I've added that ppa and, after upgrading, it
worked perfectly!

I can't believe that the solution was as easy as upgrading alsa driver.

PD: What I cannot understand is why Ubuntu 11.10 is working with two
sound drivers at same time (pulseaudio and alsa). At least, I see both
installed (in synaptic), but I don't really know if they are working at
same time. Should I uninstall pulseaudio? or else keep both installed?
