I hope requesting here is ok. If so, I would like to request a feature
freeze exception for this package. As stated before, libgrits 0.7 is
required for aweather 0.7 which adds several new features.
The upstream release doesn't have a very good ChangeLog, so I'll
summarize here:
Version 0.7:
- add support for Mercator tile projections
- switch map plugin to use higher resolution data from
openstreetmap.org
Version 0.6.3:
- add support for Mac OS X
Version 0.6.2:
- fix a linking issue on 64-bit machines
I have tested this on a 32-bit Ubuntu system with the lastest version of
Ubuntu Precise. It was tested by running version 0.7 of AWeather.
