Binary package hint: firefox

The page   http://www.mtas.es/insht/en/legislation/epi_en.htm    has got
some links and I'm unable to open them. For example on the upper side of
that page the is a link bar containing the following titles:

Index   Latest news     Presentation INSHT      Documentation    Regulations    
 Organizations
Training        Statistics      Studies and Research    Laboratories / Quality 
Control  Links

None of them is opened when clicking on  each of them.

Firefox/2.0.0.3 (Ubuntu-feisty)
have all java/javascript options acticated on Firefoxs' Preferences.
Have various version of jdk/jre i supose... how to discover which one i'm 
actually using?
