Ok, fresh install of 12.04 Beta 1: - "Server for Australia" stalls on package list and installation of packages,
"Main server" archive.ubuntu.com goes straight through ok. au.archive.ubuntu.com stalls. nz.archive.ubuntu.com stalls. us.archive.ubuntu.com stalls.
