Public bug reported: When you launch Calc, it takes up full screen (on standard account) and auto-hides the Unity launcher. Calc takes up the entire desktop (on administrator account).
In both cases the close, minimize, maximize buttons of the upper left are missing. The only way to close the app is /File/Exit. Writer does not open as maximized or full screen and has the 3 buttons close/min/max. However, if you click on maximize, you lose the 3 buttons and must /File/Exit to close the app. ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.04 Package: libreoffice (not installed) ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.2.0-17.27-generic-pae 3.2.6 Uname: Linux 3.2.0-17-generic-pae i686 ApportVersion: 1.94-0ubuntu1 Architecture: i386 Date: Sat Mar 3 23:28:53 2012 EcryptfsInUse: Yes InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS "Precise Pangolin" - Beta i386 (20120228.1) ProcEnviron: TERM=xterm PATH=(custom, no user) LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: libreoffice UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Affects: libreoffice (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 precise -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/946077 Title: LibreOffice close/min/max buttons missing To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/946077/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
