I was hoping to tackle some of these type of issues in the serverguide over the next few days. I have done some experimenting so far. I don't see a problem with wrapping commands via adding, or moving the placement of, the command continuation cahracter "\" for commands. I also don't see an problem with just changing line break locations in <programlisting> segments, as for the most part there are line breaks there already, just in the wrong spot. Am I missing something? I am willing to assign this to me and get on with it, within the much bigger scope of the whole document.
