Public bug reported:

When installing using the 12.04 beta1 CD the screensaver kicks in and
blanks the screen before the installation completes on my reasonably
fast system.

For a novice user having the screen suddenly go blank can be quite
disconcerting - which may result in aborted or corrupted installations
if they then panic and hit the power/reset button on their systems.

Screensaver should be disabled when doing install or at least stretched
out to a time way past normal installation period (including allowance
for slow Internet connections for downloading updates - you know, the
connections developers DON'T use!).
