How to get problems like this added to the Known issues in Release Notes: I think the biggest crime here is that this has not been added to the Oneric release notes in the last 6 months.
(I HAVE contacted the appropriate person and have been told it will be added on Monday.) Go to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReleaseTeam Notify the Release Manager of what needs to be added to the Known issues. (Again, I've done this for this bug on Oneric and Precise.)
