Please forgive my ignorance on this subject but I have no clue where to begin the hardware testing.
My question is 1) Where do I look for support at debugging the hardware? 2) Is this a process from which, in your opinion, there is a safe and attainable solution? 3) It sounds like you feel I have a memory problem? If so are we talking RAM, or fixed storage issues? 4) Based on the line of your advice there is an issue with my hardware that is keeping dpkg from running properly?
