I have had the same problem. I have tried with both the beta 1 and a few daily builds, including today's (12-03-13) I am trying to install on a Asus Eee PC 1201N. Looking at some other bugs, I think it may be related to Bug #909179 It looks like everyone that is having issues is on some type of notebook with a webcam.
