I discovered when this actually happens

when i connect dual monitors
if both monitors have same resolution no always on top bug will happen,
it happens only on ubuntu 2D session and when monitors resolutions are not the
same
actually i can't test on regular ubuntu session because the other screen will
not work in ubuntu session only works under ubuntu 2d session

also i know the bug is there when the windows corners are not rounded
this means the always on top bug is active.

I'm on Ubuntu precise  32bit
uname -r #=> 3.2.0-17-generic3.2.0-17-generic

Thanks
