>From time to time, Unity "dissappear" leaving only the background image.
Sometimes it 'comes back' with all open documents and bars, without
losing them. When it don't happen, I use Ctrl+Alt+F2 and I do a unity
--reset. I get almost same error:

compiz (core) – Warn: not exact match for ConfigureNotify 0x1200092!
compiz (core) – Warn: expected the following changes:
compiz (core) – Warn: sibling 0x4399a9
compiz (core) – Warn: instead got:
compiz (core) – Warn: x: 0
compiz (core) – Warn: y: 0
compiz (core) – Warn: width: 1366
compiz (core) – Warn: height: 768
compiz (core) – Warn: above: 0
compiz (core) – Warn: this should never happen. you should probably file a bug
about this.
compiz (core) – Warn: failed to receive ConfigureNotify event on 0x2a00005

Althought this error, Unity comes back, again with all open documents,
windows and bars and I can work again.
