User reports that he solved his problem by running Grub-Customizer and ticking the "Os-prober" option of his Windows entry, which probably means that there was a "GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=true" entry in his /etc/default/grub . Now investigating why os-prober was inactivated.
