I disagree - yes there may be an error in the icedtea plugin but this is really poor errorhandling in firefox
Assertion failure: rt->onOwnerThread(), at /build/buildd/firefox-11.0+build1/build- tree/mozilla/js/src/jsapi.cpp:6317 Simply catching that error could avoid the browser crashing down alltogether.
